1. Booking and Reservations

All hunts are subject to availability and confirmation by Watson Farms Outfitters. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment must be received according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations at our discretion for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
 

2. Hunting Licenses and Legal Requirements

All hunters are responsible for obtaining and carrying any required federal, state, and local licenses, permits, stamps, and certifications necessary to participate in hunting activities.

Hunters must comply with all applicable hunting laws and regulations, including those established by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
 

3. Assumption of Risk

Hunting, boating, walking in uneven terrain, handling firearms, and participating in outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including serious injury, illness, property damage, or death.

By participating in any hunt or activity with Watson Farms Outfitters, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
 

4. Safety Requirements

All guests must follow instructions provided by guides and staff at all times. Unsafe behavior, reckless firearm handling, intoxication, or violations of hunting laws may result in immediate removal from the hunt without refund.
 

5. Weather and Hunting Conditions

Hunting success cannot be guaranteed. Waterfowl migration, weather conditions, water levels, and other factors beyond our control may affect hunting opportunities.

Watson Farms Outfitters reserves the right to change hunting locations, schedules, or accommodations as necessary to provide the safest and most productive experience possible.
 

6. Cancellation Policy

Deposits and payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

In the event that Watson Farms Outfitters must cancel a hunt due to dangerous weather, property conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, we may offer a rescheduled hunt or other reasonable accommodation at our discretion.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watson Farms Outfitters, its owners, guides, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, expense, or claim arising from participation in hunting activities, use of our website, or use of our facilities.

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to equipment, vehicles, blinds, boats, buildings, or other property belonging to Watson Farms Outfitters.
